Ask the Experts Q&A

Contact for English Speaking Chinese Lawyer

June 15, 2012 Ask the Experts Q&A No Comments

I need to find an English speaking Chinese Lawyer to write a demand letter to a Chinese Manufacturer for selling faulty goods, on my behalf. Can you recommend one, or provide a good resource on where I can find one? Thank you.

ANSWER:

I’m happy to put you in touch with Chibridge.net, they are based in Guangzhou, speak English and have helped me issue demand letters when my suppliers have done me wrong. So I can recommend them with confidence.

BTW, here are some blog posts from Chibridge founder Sophie Mao as well as some that I wrote about my experience with the Chinese courts.  They may be of interest to you. Hope you like them.
